Lucy Lane is located in Brisbane's inner northside in Wavell Heights, close to the city, for all your beauty and spray tanning needs. We have the best beauty services and products available using up to date technology and skills combined with decades of experience. 

Above anything, you are welcome into Lucy Lane Beauty Therapy and it is our mission for you to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Please take a moment to read the following information to benefit your time with us.

We are child friendly and attempt to cater to all needs and situations.  For your child’s safety, liability reasons and to ensure a tranquil ambience for you and other clients, we ask that children are supervised throughout your appointment.

Mobile phones are part of everyday life but we request they be turned off or set on silent during your treatment, not only to ensure your visit with us is to your expectation but also for the consideration of others.

We do understand that unexpected problems arise from time to time, but we do ask for 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. This also assists our client waiting list.  We then reserve the right to ask for a deposit when you reschedule your next appointment. This deposit is non-refundable except under strict consideration of circumstances.

We accept Visa, Mastercard (a 3% card transaction fee applies) bank transfer and cash for your convenience.

 

NO SHOW/LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION POLICY

We just want to remind all our clients of our no show policy. This is a rare occurrence but needs to be addressed for those who do no show or give less than 2 hours notice of a cancellation. If you no show for any appointment with us you won't be rebooked unless you have paid for the appointment missed. If you no show twice we are unable to have you return to our salon. As you can appreciate, we are busy like you and we make appointments to accommodate and this means when you no show other clients miss out and we aren't working nor being paid. Please also note our business hours for appointments and contact. Our only after hours night is Thursday and Wednesday/ Friday we operate 9-5pm, Thursdays 9-8pm and Saturdays 9-2pm and we are contactable via Facebook/ text/ phone and email during these hours only. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you soon.

PAYMENTS

We accept cash, interenet transfer in salon and credit cards. 

We require a 50% non refundable deposit of your service price from all new clients to Lucy Lane. We do understand things come up, emergencies happen and we do use our discretion but we also don't accept no show clients in our salon. If any client is a no show to 1 appointment, you will be asked to pay for the missed appointment before we will rebook you and if a client is a no show at 2 or more appointments you won't be booked back into Lucy Lane. Deposits are kept by Lucy Lane accordingly.
